From product idea to brand
What happens when five people from different disciplines join forces? Exactly: innovation. LUMODO started with a simple idea — bringing design and light together. A concept became a product, and the product grew into a brand.
The lighting technology and the accompanying software were developed entirely in-house. This makes our luminaire a versatile all-rounder, easily controlled via a smartphone app. More than 16 million color options are enhanced by smooth yet dynamic lighting animations.

Thanks to our custom-developed diffusers, we can ensure uniform, shadow-free illumination. The individual light tubes are stabilized using steel cables. The underlying principle comes from architecture and is known as tensegrity.
LUMODO lights are handcrafted and tested in our workshop. This allows us to uphold our high quality standards while using materials responsibly. Today, the original light is available in three different models — along with several custom installations.
